In order to deliver exhibits, Exhibitor must have a letter for exhibits delivery and removal, which must be permitted by the Hall Manager of Crocus Expo. The letter serves as permission for removal of exhibits, too. Exhibitor is allowed to remove exhibits only after the exhibition is closed.
